Terms and Conditions

All items sold at OOW are vintage and will show signs of age and use. Conditions vary, so please review images for details on wear and tear. Viewings are welcome by appointment only.

Delivery Options:

1. OOW/Trusted Courier:

   • After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a delivery quote.

   • If you agree, our courier will contact you to schedule delivery.

   • Please be flexible with delivery times due to the driver's route.

   • Deliveries usually take 7-14 days. Assistance may be needed upon arrival.

2. Collection in Person:

   • Pick up your order for free from our Leytonstone studio.

   • Email us at oldoldwoods@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time (48 hours’ notice required).

Delivery Price Inquiries:

• For a quote, email us at oldoldwoods@gmail.com or use our contact page with your postcode and item details.

Returns:

• If you're not satisfied, return your item(s) in their original condition within 7 days for a full refund.

• We can help arrange returns via our trusted courier but please note all shipping costs (back and forth) including packaging are covered by they buyer. To avoid unnecessary returns please contact us in case you have any questions or wish to see more detailed photos of the product.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item.
